I also live with my Pet Cat Tilly.I am looking for a professional person similar to myself to rent a double room in an already rented house. The house is 5 years old and is modern and clean. The room is not a huge double but should be ok to fit a double bed there is also a built in wardrobe on the wall of the room. There is a TV socket in the room however the House is only able to receive TV signal via SKY. If you want a TV in your room then I can always get another box added to the SKY subscription for an extra 10 quid a month. Please note that the Amenities are already built into the monthly cost.The house itself is a typical 2 bedroom semi detached it has a hallway as you walk in with downstairs toilet a medium sized kitchen and well sized Lounge / Dining area. There is a back garden and small front garden also. Kitchen has large Fridge Freezer Cooker with Hob Dishwasher (once fixed could be used) and Washing Machine. Downstairs Toilet with Wash BasinLiving Room with TV (Sky) and also useage of Broadband etc. Large Sofa and Smaller Rocking type chair also. Living room is spacious and whole downstairs in Laminate Floored. Bathroom has Toilet Sink and Bath (unfortunately no shower) and is medium sized.Garden needs a little work as has been a rental home for some years. If you want a nice area to sit out in then the garden is not exactly beautiful! I myself am quite down to earth I am looking for someone who will not only be someone I can get along with and is a reliable person but hopefully someone who eventually can call a mate and also go out for a beer maybe sometime etc.... I am not a person who is super clean! As long as the place does not turn into a wreck etc then a quick clean up every week is fine by me. The location itself would probably suit someone working either in the New Forest Bournemouth or Southampton area.
